Chatime is a reputable Taiwanese brand founded in 2005. We are recognized as one of the finest authentic Taiwanese bubble tea shops in Taiwan, Canada, the USA and thirteen other countries, and we are still going strong. Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Burnaby, BC.
Job duties:
• Manage the overall operations of the bubble tea store, including work procedures, staff schedules, and ensuring smooth customer service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members to ensure they meet company standards in customer service, product knowledge, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure availability of ingredients and products, minimizing waste and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure the store adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Oversee cash handling, daily sales reports, and bank deposits, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
Requirements:
• Several years of experience in the food service, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communicative skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• High level of customer service skills with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and flexible.
