Our dental office is seeking an office Receptionist to join our growing team of professionals. The Administrator will report to the Office Manager and responsibilities will include;effective schedule management top meet practice goals; Determine and establish office procedure and routines; Complete insurance and other claim forms; account collections; Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review; Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and record maintenance of patient records; the ability to handle a multi-line phone system; the ability to use computers efficiently and effectively; other administrative duties as required. We are looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal communication skills, commitment towards teamwork; a great attitude with a commitment and willingness to learn-outstanding customer service skill-professional telephone manner- Multilingual an asset but not a must.
