The Specification Software Coordinator, Architectural Interiors is primarily responsible to support the Architectural Interiors Corporate Team in maintaining, developing, and improving the Specification Software (Storyboard) as the primary tool used by the internal Project Managers and Specifiers as well as Dealer Project Managers and Specifiers to create accurate and detailed project specification packages at a standard that meets or exceeds Teknion’s and the client’s deadlines and expectations. The Specification Software Coordinator works closely with New Product Development Team (Industrial Design, Design Engineering, Program Management) and Software Programmers, Developers and Testers to identify all requirements to support new product introduction to markets in accordance with Architectural Interiors Group Business Plan.
The also work closely with internal Project Managers, Specifiers and Testers to maintain software for existing product collecting, identifying, documenting, and reporting possible software errors, suggesting fixes or new functionality, testing software updates and updating the software manual.
