Skills Requirements
● Education: Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or other related fields is an asset
● Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
● Success-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

● Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Work Experience:
• Experience with large scale co-packing logistics and operations is an asset
• Experience with Alcohol distributions, including regulatory requirements is an asset
● Experience in similar position of between 1 to 2 years is an asset
● Experience with TMS is an asset
Work site environment
● warehouse office (no windows), occasional loud noise due to forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.
Responsibilities
Tasks
● Work and effectively communicate with carriers, 3PL (third-party logistics) companies, and customers
● Be the first point of contact and provide customer service experience via phone and email
● Ensure 3PL performance are meeting expected service levels in terms of lead-times, quality, and costs
● Generate Pick List, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and coordinate with warehouses in processing customer order instructions
● Supervise and train staff in procedures and in use of current software (Ex. WMS/TMS)
● Handle LTL and FTL deliveries
● Manage pickup and delivery schedules for shipments and effectively communicate with customers and carriers on any changes as necessary in a proactive manner
● Organize and input orders into WMS and monitor inventory levels of different SKUs on behalf of our customers
● Quote and invoice customers for outbound transportation
● Prepare rate sheets and compile reports to accounting, customers, and senior management for review
● Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
● Ensure premises, assets, and communications are used effectively
● Contribute to business development by analysing logistical problems and proposing new solutions
