Child caregiver – private home Full Time

Major Intersection: New St. and Burloak Dr.

Salary: $11.54 Hourly, for 40 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm with 30 minutes paid lunch
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible
Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Experience: Experience is an asset
Children’s Ages: 2 years old, 4 years old

Additional Skills: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Work Setting: Employer’s home, Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
Specific Skills: Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Supervise and care for children, Tend to emotional well-being of children; Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents.
